Syndicate administration

Some investment vehicles are managed day-to-day by their investors rather than a fund manager.

These member-managed syndicates do not need a regulated manager if they are set up and operated properly, and they can be a suitable investment vehicle if the investors are sufficiently experienced and engaged to be involved in managing the syndicate, and the number of investors is manageable.

Member-managed syndicates can appoint an administrator such as Consortium to give effect to the decisions of members, deal with bank accounts and other financial matters and provide general administration services.

We provide a range of different services
