How long does it take to launch a fund?
Depending upon the fund's objective we can establish an Exempt Unit Trust the same day and form & register a Limited Partnership within 48 hours.
We have a template for structuring Limited Partnership Agreements and have an established master trust arrangement allowing us to establish Exempt Unit Trusts immediately.
We also have our own template for financial promotions allowing us to issue them quickly and efficiently.
If no financial promotion is required, we can establish the LP or EPUT on the same day that our terms of business are signed. If we are required to issue a financial promotion, this can take between fifteen and twenty five working days following receipt of a signed terms of business depending upon the complexity of the investment proposal and obtaining information required from third parties to be included in the document.
